'ModularPath' originated from one fundamental vision: to offer true Neapolitan pizza in London. The Thompson family established this little but dedicated family-led business back in 1985, preserving recipes that have been passed down for many generations.
Our progenitor, Emily Thompson, mastered the pizza-making craft on her Italian journeys, particularly in Naples, the hallowed cradle of pizza. Inspired after mentorship with renowned pizzaiolos, her return to the UK was marked by a single purpose: to reproduce that hallmark Italian pizza experience, upholding the old-school techniques and leveraging only the prime ingredients.
Our journey began with a cozy 12-seater eatery and has since expanded into a cornerstone of the neighborhood, but our dedication to excellence and genuine roots remain solid. Our wood-fired ovens, our daily fresh dough, and our unexcelled select ingredients stand as testament to our unwavering quality.
'ModularPath' has kept to its family-owned and operated roots, with the Thompson descendants at the helm, directing our zealous crew.
